The 7100 Stik Liquid Level Sensor takes field proven magnetostrictive sensing technology and packages it in a revolutionary new way for greater reliability and for easy installation and mounting.  All sensor electronics are SMT components integrated into the 5/8” diameter sensing tube. This breakthrough in package design eliminates the bulky electronics enclosure at the top of the sensor and offers you greater options for insertion.  The all SMT electronics have PPM (Pulse Position Modulated) outputs for product and interface level and for temperature measurement, which are all superimposed on the two wire power line. All units are Intrinsically Safe and approved for use in hazardous locations.

The 7250 Digital Stiks take field proven magnetostrictive sensing technology and packages it for greater reliability and easier installation. It is ideal for liquid level monitoring, interface level and leak detection in a variety of liquid media in above ground and underground storage tanks. This series has an inherently lower cost design which results in savings. It provides the same performance and reliability as sensors that consume more power. The 7250X Digital Stik is constructed of 316 Stainless Steel and comes with a variety of connectors, including a mini connector for quick connect applications, a single 3/4” NPT that can be used with a compression fitting, a double 3/4” NPT for mounting with a flange or bushing, and a 1/2” right angle for use in low overhead applications. The 7250V Digital Flex Stik Sensor is made of a PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) material that is perfect for monitoring chemicals that are not compatible with Stainless Steel. Sensors are available in flexible and semi-flexible PVDF in lengths up to 50 feet. It’s Ideal for use in tall tanks or installations where overhead room is limited.

The Series 7260DN Stik Level Sensor combines the reliability and resolution of magnetostrictive continuous level sensing with the unique stik sensor packaging, and adds the flexibility of DeviceNet communications, all in a single device.  The magnetostrictive technology is the same as used in other AMETEK APT level probes, proven in such demanding applications as leak detection in underground petrochemical tanks.  The rugged all welded stainless steel construction is ideal for harsh industrial environments.  The all SMT electronic construction assures the ultimate in reliability.

Proven Magnetostrictive Sensing Performance with a Field Programmable Span. The Series 7300 Pro-Stik II takes field proven magnetostrictive sensing technology and incorporates features such as intrinsic safety and a field programmable span. All of this is then packaged in our patented Stik design, making the Pro-Stik II ideal for level monitoring in a variety of liquids and tank designs. Sensors are available in rigid 316 stainless steel up to 24 feet. The stainless steel version is available with a mini connector or NPT fitting that can be joined to an optional housing with terminal connectors and zero/span push-buttons.The stainless steel version offers a totally welded construction and may be provided with cathodic protection.

An Intrinsically Safe Programmable Linear Position Sensor, the Series 7330 Pro-Stik II supersedes the 7220 and 7300. This product combines the reliability and resolution of magnetostrictive continuous absolute positioning sensing with the Stik package to create a unique level measuring instrument. The magnetostrictive technology is the same as used in Gemco LDT sensors. Ametek liquid level sensors, have been proven in demanding applications such as underground leak detection and inventory management. The 7330 is available with a rigid 316 stainless steel or flexible PVDF materials.
